Terms of Service

Effective 30 August 2026

These terms govern your use of RWA Cash prepaid cards and the RWA Cash website and dashboard. Please read them carefully. By opening an account or using a card, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RWA Cash (“RWA Cash”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the website, the dashboard, and every card issued through them (together, the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • You must not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where the Service is unavailable or where its use would be unlawful.
  • You may be asked to verify your identity before a card is issued or before certain limits are raised. We may refuse or close an account at our discretion where we are required to by law or where we believe the Service is being misused.

3. The card

A RWA Cash card is a prepaid card denominated in US dollars. It is issued by our issuing partner under licence from the card network, and can be used wherever cards on that network are accepted, subject to the network's rules.

  • The card is prepaid. You can only spend the balance loaded onto it. There is no credit, overdraft or interest.
  • A card balance is not a bank deposit, is not insured by any deposit-guarantee scheme, and does not earn interest.
  • Cards are issued to you personally. You may not sell, lend or transfer a card or its details to anyone else.
  • A newly issued card carries a starting balance of $10 (or the amount shown for the card type at checkout).

4. Funding & conversion

You fund a card by depositing ETH, USDG or tokenized stocks from a wallet on Robinhood Chain to the address shown at checkout.

  • USDG deposits are credited to your card balance one-to-one, less any fees shown at checkout.
  • ETH deposits are converted to US dollars at the rate shown to you before you confirm the deposit. The rate is fixed at the time the deposit is confirmed onchain. After conversion, your balance does not change with the price of ETH.
  • Deposits are only credited once the transaction has been confirmed on Robinhood Chain. Deposits sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in an unsupported asset may be unrecoverable.
  • Top-ups are subject to a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $1,000 per top-up. A card balance between $10.01 and $19.99 is not possible; checkout will only offer amounts that can be loaded.
  • We issue a card only after your deposit is confirmed. If issuance fails after a confirmed deposit, we will refund the deposit to the wallet it came from.

5. Fees

Our fees are published on the fees page and shown to you before you confirm any deposit. Network (gas) fees on Robinhood Chain are paid by you and are not controlled by us. Merchants, ATM operators and the card network may apply their own fees, including foreign-exchange conversion on purchases not made in US dollars.

6. Permitted use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • for anything unlawful, or to buy goods or services that are illegal where you are;
  • for gambling, money laundering, terrorist financing, or to evade sanctions;
  • to attempt to gain access to cards, accounts or data that are not yours;
  • in any way that interferes with the Service or with our issuing partner's systems.

We may freeze or close a card, and hold or return its balance, if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken or if we are required to by law or by our issuing partner.

7. Freezing & closure

  • You can freeze and unfreeze your card at any time from the dashboard. A frozen card declines all new transactions; its balance is unaffected.
  • You can withdraw unspent balance from a card, subject to the fees and limits shown at the time.
  • You can close a card at any time. Withdraw any remaining balance first; a closed card cannot be reopened.
  • We may close a card that has had no activity for an extended period, after giving you notice, and will make its balance available to you.

8. Risk disclosures

  • Crypto assets are volatile. The dollar value of ETH can change significantly between the time you decide to deposit and the time the deposit is confirmed.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot recall a deposit once it has been sent.
  • Card balances are not insured and RWA Cash is not a bank.
  • Availability. The Service depends on Robinhood Chain, our issuing partner and the card network, any of which may experience outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RWA Cash is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of profits, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including the acts of merchants, the card network, our issuing partner, or the Robinhood Chain network. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you through the dashboard or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms or about a specific transaction can be sent to [support email]. Include the request_id shown for any failed action so we can trace it. See also our documentation.
